On friday 2nd June AYF had a visit from Richard Shepherd MP.

Lucy Wells, (Christian Aid worker) had arranged the visit to ask Mr Shepherd
questions on world poverty issues.

Questions were fired at our visitor and he answered them honestly, and tried to explained much of the detail as he saw it on just what some of the problems are. He was well impressed with YF, and spoke to us for over 45 minutes and in return was well received by the group.
We appreciated him giving us time and he said he would love to come again.
