Camp 2008
AYF
canvas camp this year was from Wednesday 23rd July (working party) until
friday 1st August 2008, at our usual site in Rhossili,
on the Gower in South Wales. This was our 34th year there, and we had
just such an amazing time.
There
were 130 of us altogether, and the weather at the start of our 8 days
was wonderful, turning out to be a
little damp towards the end, but not enough to stop us from having a great
time.
For our QT groups we looked at 'A Life Worth Living' by Nicky Gumble and
that worked really well with our epilogue
themes which you can listen to
here. God really used this camp
again, and 21 teenagers decided to
make a commitment of faith in Christ and two more made recommitments.
